About Jacqui Binford-Bell
Artist's Statement
Working with digital photography and variety of water media on canvas and board, I translate my vision of New Mexico, Colorado, Utah and Arizona to enchant the viewer. My work is the visionary expression of the landscape in fauve colors that delight the senses and excite the emotions.
A fine arts graduate of the University of New Mexico, I have worked in a variety of mediums from fiber to watercolor. And now photography. "I am willing to use any media which helps me to convey the mood of the scene I am transferring to the two dimension surface."
